The Leader in Rotational Molding

Are you looking to expand your skills to be able to earn more money?  Do you have a great work history but lack manufacturing experience?  Centro is looking for people just like you!  We are offering a six hour train-up program.  You will learn basic skills with hand and power tools, how to read and follow work instructions, and get the opportunity to learn about Centro’s culture, environment and processes.

This program is like an extended interview where we get to know each other.  We assess your ability and potential to learn how to utilize the tools and processes required to work here, and you get the opportunity to see the manufacturing process and decide if Centro is a good fit for you. This is a risk free way to try out Centro without quitting your current job, and we will pay you $10.10 per hour for the time you attend the training program. 

If you show the ability to be successful in our fast paced environment, we will consider offering a full time position on 3rd shift.  Full time starting wage is $21.00 per hour (starting on 6/6/22). 

Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen for full time employment.
