Our Maintenance Leader is responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing the maintenance of Centro's facilities, equipment, and machines in world class 
condition.

Centro, Inc. is North America's largest custom rotational molder serving premier Original Equipment Manufacturers from multiple locations throughout the United States.

The Maintenance Leader ensures that facilities and equipment are properly maintained so that quality product can be produced safely and efficiently and shipped on time. Their efforts also enable support functions (also critical to quality and delivery) to operate safely and efficiently. Through training and working with their team members to improve their skills, and providing direction and coaching, the Maintenance Leader ensures our future capacity to maintain equipment and facilities. As an expert of equipment, facilities and processes, the Maintenance Leader is a key problem solving resource. The Maintenance Leader and the Maintenance function are very important to our efforts to achieve Centro’s strategic plan stretch goals and quality objectives.

Ability to plan and manage a complete maintenance program for a rotational molding operation, interpret electrical blueprints and schematics and motor circuits, have working knowledge of programmable logic controllers. Through adherence to company policies and procedures, delegation and motivation of personnel, maintain high quality standards and achieve maintenance goals to maximize profit and return on investment. Be familiar with and adhere to OSHA, state and federal safety, environmental and other requirements. Must be able to communicate and use tact to instruct and assist other personnel.
