Corporate Quality Leader

The Corporate Quality Leader is a resource dedicated to ensure Centro’s achievement of our quality objectives and to execute important areas of our strategic plan. The Corporate Quality Leader has overall responsibility for the stretch goal 250 PPM or better quality performance. One of the primary paths employed to achieve this stretch goal is to implement an ISO 9001compliant Quality System. This will ultimately determine our PPM defect performance, and our customer’s satisfaction of our product. The Corporate Quality Leader has overall responsibility for the design and implementation of Centro's Quality System and the implementation of many other critical strategies and action plans. The stretch goals of our strategic plan in the area of Customer Appreciation, and therefore the quality objectives defined in our system are not achievable without the dedicated effort of the Corporate Quality Leader.

A degree in Quality Management field or equivalent education with a minimum of five years of manufacturing experience and extensive knowledge of testing techniques, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment (DOE), and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) is preferred. Knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Sigma required, with a Black Belt certification preferred. Ability to plan, determine, formulate, establish and manage complete Quality Systems. Must maintain high quality standards, have a pleasant disposition and use tact in dealing with employees and customers. Must be able to supervise, communicate, use computer related quality programs and have good writing skills. Must be able to apply principles of logical scientific thinking and be able to reason, analyze and troubleshoot problems and make timely recommendations for solutions.

A pre-employment physical exam and drug test is required. EOE
