The Internal Sales Engineer is responsible for creating, developing and maintaining positive, mutually beneficial business relationships with Centro customers and potential customers. Provides primary support to external Sales Engineers and their customer portfolio through active communications, project management, and coordination of internal activities to ensure ongoing customer support.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar areas of study.

Direct customer relations and sales support experience preferred.

Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and materials preferred but not required.

Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skills.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

A customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving client challenges.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
