Internal Sales Engineer

The Internal Sales Engineer plays an extremely critical role in Centro's ability to achieve our strategic plan stretch goals and our quality goals.  Assists in developing and maintaining positive, mutually beneficial business relationships with all Centro customers.  Provides primary support to external Sales Engineers and their customer portfolio through active customer communications, project management and coordination of internal activities to ensure continuous customer support.  Performs all job functions with the highest level of professionalism and integrity to deliver product and customer service excellence at all times.  The Internal Sales engineer represents Centro to our customers and is often the most significant influence in generating a positive perception of our company.

Associate's degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts required.  Excellent skills in verbal and written communications, interpersonal relations, listening and organizational abilities required.  Must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Windows and Office software.  Must be able to distinguish color and shapes, judge depth, detect variances and read detailed measurements and product designs.  Must be able to stand, walk, sit at a computer terminal, climb stairs, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and tolerate temperatures between 55 and 100 degrees F.  A commitment to quality, safety, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and teamwork is required.

A pre-employment drug screen and physical is required.
