Opportunity to join an industry leading plastics manufacturing company in our Beaver Dam, Wisconsin location. The Sales Engineer is responsible for creating, developing and maintaining positive, mutually beneficial business relationships with Centro’s customers and potential customers.

 The Sales Engineer serves as primary contact with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied and their expectations are exceeded. Pursues and maintains the development of a diversified customer portfolio of industry leading OEM’s whose rotational molding needs, quality focus, and business philosophies provides a suitable match to Centro’s business mission.  Performs all activities with the highest degree of professionalism, business ethics and excellence. Assists in achieving company and departmental missions and goals, and in maintaining and enhancing Centro’s positive image as a leader within the rotational molding industry.

 The Sales Engineer represents Centro to our customers and is often the most significant influence in generating a positive perception of our company.  Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must.

 A Bachelor degree in business, liberal arts or engineering is preferred. Also requires successful sales, marketing and/or customer service experience. Technical experience in engineering is also desired.
