Order Fullfillment Process (OFP) Team Leader

Provides management of various business unit manufacturing services, including Shipping and Receiving (S&R), Contract Review, Production Reporting, Central Stores, Resin Processing and Scheduling and Customer Service. Provides leadership to assigned Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) team members.  Creates and implements team goals and action plans to achieve OFP goals. Ensures consistent, high quality and timely manufacturing services, which meets customer requirements and exceeds customer expectations. Confirms that the Centro Safety and Quality Systems are implemented in all manufacturing services.  Maintains high level of accurate communications among team members, and with all other business unit manufacturing Associates.  Position responsibilities include: Associate safety; increasing team job knowledge, skills, cooperation and enthusiasm; preparing accurate sales and production forecasts; producing accurate and on time production schedules; reduction of WIP inventory; resin processing and S&R efficiencies; total customer satisfaction; and enhancing business unit profitability.

The OFP Team Leader develops a team of Associates to achieve excellence in all aspects of the order fulfillment process.  The order fulfillment process encompasses contract review of customer orders, scheduling, production entry, receiving of purchased materials, handling of materials throughout all phases of the process, and shipping of products in accordance with customer expectations and requirements.  The OFP Team Leader oversees and provides direction for all these critical activities, which must be successfully executed in order to achieve our stretch goals in our strategic plan and our quality objectives.

A pre-employment physical exam and drug screen is required.
