Skills & Recruiting Coordinator

Depending upon assignment, the Skills and Recruiting Coordinator may specialize in various aspects of our recruitment, selection, training, and mentoring processes for new manufacturing Associates.

These include but are not limited to performing recruitment activities, conducting initial interviews, making recommendations for candidates for second interviews and/or serving as a trainer and mentor to new Manufacturing Associates to help ensure their job success.

May provide Corporate orientation or deliver Basic Manufacturing Skills Training to new Associates as requested.



 

Without people we can accomplish nothing.  Anyone can purchase buildings and equipment, but it is the people at Centro that truly set us apart and play the largest role by far in our ability to achieve the stretch goals in our strategic plan and our quality objectives.  High turnover becomes a spoiler in achieving our goals. 



The Recruiting and Skills Coordinator plays a vital role in recruiting and selecting the right associates and then assisting in their training and development so they can contribute to their full potential and build depth for our business. 



Pre-employment physical and drug screen is required.
