CAD Drafter

Build your engineering career by joining our North Liberty location. Centro, Inc. is North America’s largest custom rotational molder serving premier Original Equipment Manufacturers from multiple locations throughout the United States.

Our CAD drafter works closely with Centro’s development engineers utilizing Pro/E modeling and drawing creation. Provides support for engineering, creates tooling drawings, responsible for trim stock, multi-cavity, and other special tooling related modeling. Supports project engineering by creating product drawings and performing overflow tasks.

An Associates Degree in CAD drafting, engineering technology or equivalent training and experience is required. Must be able to apply principles of scientific analysis, math, and physics to solve engineering problems. Intermediate skills in 3-D CAD design and drawing creating, preferably Pro/Engineer, are required. Ability to function in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
