ADMINISTRATIVE
ASSISTANT
Provides
administrative support for Centro’s Human Resources department. Maintains the Associate
training database and review and planning processes. Creates and edits forms and documents,
screens applications, proctors assessments, prepares welcome packets, and
accepts special projects upon request.
Creates, posts, and maintains position openings on the intranet and
internet. Assists with
front desk duties when needed.
Must be self-motivated, work independently,
able to prioritize responsibilities, and capable of exercising discretion,
sensitivity, and diplomacy in all job activities. Requires attention to
detail and a high level of accuracy, strong communication, computer, and
internet research skills. Also calls for excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project
coordination skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of
management, staff, and job applicants.
Associate degree preferred and minimum
of two years of relevant experience with the use of Microsoft Office programs
required.
