Learning & Development Manager

The Learning and Development Manager has significant impact on the culture of Centro through their
work developing Leaders, facilitating teams, training, mentoring and coaching improvements on many 
different levels (personal, team, business unit and enterprise). It takes effective leadership and 
continuous learning to achieve a culture in which Associates can excel. The Learning and Development 
Manager’s efforts are critical in the development of effective Leaders to build a culture for Centro to 
progress towards meeting the stretch goals in our strategic plan and to meet quality objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts or equivalent education and work experience preferred. 

-  Must have substantial ability to communicate effectively in written and electronic mediums and oral 
presentations.

-   Must be able to analyze data, produce reports, and establish SMART goals to measure success.

Responsibilities:

-  Evaluates, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates results of a sustainable Leadership 
Development program. 

-  Analyzes individual and organizational development needs to design and implement learning 
strategies, programs, e-learning courses, career plans, workshops, and more.

-  Supports the development of training and other related materials to support Centro's strategies 
and action plans.
