Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

3rd Shift - (Sunday Night - Friday Morning: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am)

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facility during the 3rd shift.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolve issues to minimize production delays.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and address maintenance needs and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Training programs such as an apprenticeship, college, or continuing education.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical exam and drug screen is required.
