3rd Shift - (Sunday Night - Friday Morning: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am)

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facility during the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolve issues to minimize production delays.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and address maintenance needs and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Training programs such as an apprenticeship, college, or continuing education.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical exam and drug screen is required.
