Order Fulfillment Process Team Leader - 1st shift

Location: Benson, MN
Within this position you will be required to provide management of various business unit manufacturing services, including Shipping and Receiving (S&R), Contract Review, Production Reporting, Central Stores, Resin Processing, and Scheduling and Customer Service. You will need to provide leadership to assigned Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) team members, while creating and implementing team goals and action plans to achieve those OFP goals.
The right candidate will ensure consistent, high quality and timely manufacturing services, which meets customer requirements and exceeds customer expectations. You will be required to confirm that the Centro Safety and Quality Systems are implemented in all manufacturing services. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accurate communication among team members, and with all other business unit manufacturing associates.

- Monitors on time deliveries and takes corrective action on reoccurring problems

- Provides leadership to the business unit OFP team and its members.

Creates and evaluates action plans to achieve goals.

Facilitates and maintains accurate communication with all Associates who support or participate in the manufacturing process.

Issues a 13 week sales forecast on a weekly basis.

Manages the daily cycle count program

Previous manufacturing, leadership, and business experience required.
- A business or industrial technology degree is preferred, but not required.

Written, and verbal communications skills as well as analytical and organization skills required.
