Operations Administrative Assistant

Centro Inc., the largest custom rotational molding company in North America, is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant for our North Liberty, Iowa facility.

This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Director of Operations and Corporate Safety Manager.  Also, responsible for providing information and administrative support including electronic safety record keeping, assisting with management of workers comp cases, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, processing invoices, scheduling appointments, and providing information to medical clinics and insurance representatives.

        1. Two year degree or equivalent experience in providing administrative support preferred.
                1. Microsoft Office skills required.
                2. Experience in an operations and/or safety environment desired.
                3. We are looking for a great communicator with the ability to foster a team environment and to relate well with internal customers and external resources providing friendly, efficient communication between our Associates and Leaders, medical professionals, and insurance company representatives.
