Duties will include:



− Satisfying Help Desk requests

− Assisting Programmer Analysts

− Maintaining and enhancing hardware and software applications

− Instructing and assisting Associates

− Assisting in designing and implementing solutions to support growth

Qualifications:

- An Associate’s degree in computer science is required. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a directly related computer curriculum is preferred.

- Experience desired would exceed one year.

- Knowledge of Unibasic, SQL, desktop operating systems, and MS Office 

- Familiarity with network and desktop operating systems and cabling

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software errors

- Willingness to learn new hardware and software applications

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

A pre-employment physical exam and drug screen is required.
