Assistant Machine Operator/L370 - 2nd Shift
Set up, adjust and run rotational molding and related machinery. Maintaining proper quality and quantity of production using the computer to monitor quality using Statistical Process Control (SPC) by regularly checking dimensions and processes. Must communicate with team members, other shifts, Quality Assurance (QA), and Resin Departments.
The 370 Assistant Machine Operator (AMO) works in concert with the 370 Machine Operator (MO) in molding a quality product. The quality of the molded part is critical to how our customers view Centro. Our customers rely on Centro for parts that are cosmetic, that have the right dimensions and properties, and perform well in the field. Many industry leaders put their name on Centro's product and their reputation hinges on the molded product's ability to perform in the field. Much is at stake and we rely on the AMO to apply strict process control and perform religious mold care and maintenance in producing each molded part. It is only with dedicated and quality conscious AMOs that we can achieve any of our strategic plan and our quality objectives.
