Centro Licenses RotoLoPerm® Technology

March 22, 2010 CENTRO, INC. LICENSING RotoLoPerm® TECHNOLOGY

North Liberty, IA - March 22, 2010 - Centro, Inc., a custom rotational molder headquartered in North Liberty, Iowa is offering licensing agreements for its patent pending RotoLoPerm technology. RotoLoPerm is multi-layer tank technology developed by Centro in 2004. This technology is approved for low evaporative emissions regulations by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Centro has entered into licensing agreements with Inca Molded Products, Inc of Nashville, TN and Dutchland Plastics Corporation of Oostburg, WI. Currently there are three Centro, Inc. licensees in North America.

Inca and Dutchland are privately held, family owned, rotational molding businesses with over 30 and 40 years respectively of fuel tank manufacturing experience. Inca's experience is deeply rooted in the marine industry. This agreement allows Inca and Dutchland to market and manufacture RotoLoPerm technology to their customers that have product that falls under the CARB and EPA low evaporative emissions regulations. "We enthusiastically welcome Inca and Dutchland to be authorized producers of the most durable and tested EPA and CARB solution in the rotational molding industry" said Brian Olesen, President and CEO of Centro, Inc. "The manufacturing capacity that these two well respected companies add will enable us to meet the significant market demand for Rotoloperm® fuel tanks."

Centro developed RotoLoPerm , patent pending technology, to achieve ultra-low permeation levels and still utilize the superior properties of crosslink polyethylene. In addition to the superior barrier, this technology maintains the excellent low temperature impact properties, abrasion resistance, moldability and overall value of standard crosslink polyethylene fuel tanks.

RotoLoPerm received CARB's Executive Order and EPA's Certificate of Conformance after completing stringent permeation testing using CE10 fuel at 40C. Permeation rates increase as temperatures increase, therefore EPA allows a maximum permeation rate of 2.5g/m2/day when tested at 40C (testing at 28C must achieve a limit of 1.5g/m2/day). RotoLoPerm® technology performs well within EPA and CARB limitations, even at extreme test conditions.
